Pastor Jeff Rudolph serves as the Lead Pastor here at First Assembly of God.  He and his wife Kathy have three children: Jeffrey, Christian, and Jordan.
In an amazing personal story, Pastor Jeff began his ministry career here at First Assembly after having a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ in 1980 at the age of 22 here at the church.

Shortly after his salvation, he felt a call to the ministry, attended and graduated from Southeastern University and came on staff here at the church as the Young Married's Pastor. He met Kathy here where they married in 1988 and they enjoyed a very successful ministry to married couples until1992 when God called them to the Florida Keys to pastor a church in Marathon Key. In Marathon, they led the church in a time of rebuilding and great growth and they founded Kreative Kids Christian Academy Preschool.

In 2001, they accepted the call to Portsmouth, NH where they were the pastors of Connect Community Church until January of 2012. During their time at Connect Community Church, they brought new life, new vision, growth, and stability and enjoyed pastoring a church that developed a stronger presence in the community through their many outreach efforts, their preschool, thrift store, Adopt-A-Block ministry, and through the founding of New England Masters Commission.

In February of 2012, after 20 years of being away, the congregation here at First Assembly called on Pastor Jeff to come back to his spiritual "home", the place of his ministry beginning; and to be the new Lead Pastor.
