Florida Attoreny General letter to Clearwater City Councilor

Clearwater City Councilor David Allbritton asked Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier to weigh in on a legal opinion from Clearwater’s city attorney. In his response, Uthmeier said Clearwater’s attorney was wrong and in a lengthy footnote went on to admonish Clearwater’s mayor for what he said at Council meetings.
